1. General Information

This Shipping Policy describes how Polak Meble Sp. z o.o. processes, packages, and delivers orders placed through the website polenpolakmeble.pl.
All shipments are handled with care to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time.

Our deliveries are carried out within Poland and across the European Union through trusted logistics partners.


2. Order Processing Time

2.1. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays in Poland.

2.2. Standard order processing time is:

  • 2–5 business days for in-stock items;
  • 7–21 business days for made-to-order or custom furniture.

2.3. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number where available.


3. Delivery Methods and Carriers

3.1. We cooperate with reliable courier and freight companies, including:
DPD, InPost, DHL, GLS, Raben Logistics, and Schenker.

3.2. Large or heavy furniture items may be shipped via dedicated transport arranged directly by Polak Meble or a partner logistics provider.

3.3. Local delivery or personal pickup (Kępno area) may be arranged by prior agreement.


4. Delivery Costs

4.1. Shipping costs depend on:

  • The weight and dimensions of the product,
  • The delivery destination,
  • The chosen delivery option (standard, premium, or assembly service).

4.2. The total shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout before confirming the order.

4.3. Orders above a certain value (as displayed on the Website) may qualify for free delivery within Poland.

4.4. International delivery fees are calculated individually.


5. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to:

  • Poland (domestic shipping)
  • European Union countries, including Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Netherlands, and others.

For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us at info@polenpolakmeble.pl for a custom quote.


6. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Poland: 2–10 business days
  • EU countries: 5–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and external logistics conditions.


7. Receiving the Shipment

7.1. Upon receiving the order, the Customer must check the packaging and contents.
7.2. If damage or shortages are found:

  • Note the issue on the courier’s delivery form,
  • Take photos of the damage,
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@polenpolakmeble.pl.

7.3. Failure to report visible damage upon delivery may affect the outcome of a complaint process.


8. Undelivered Packages

8.1. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the shipment may be returned to the Seller.
8.2. In such cases, the Customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs related to re-delivery.


9. Assembly and Installation

9.1. Certain furniture items may require assembly upon delivery.
9.2. The Customer can assemble the product themselves using the provided manual or request professional assembly service (if available in their region).


10. Delays and Force Majeure

10.1. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, transport issues),
  • Customs inspections or border delays,
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer.

10.2. In case of delay exceeding 30 days, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund.
