1. General Information

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return most new, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as permitted under Polish and EU consumer protection law.

This policy applies only to consumers (natural persons purchasing for non-commercial purposes).


2. Right of Withdrawal

2.1. Under the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

2.2. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

2.3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending a clear statement via:

4. Return Conditions

4.1. Returned products must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Packed in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

4.2. The Customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged.

4.4. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.


5. Refunds

5.1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5.2. If approved, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5.3. The refund includes the full product price and the standard delivery cost (if applicable). Additional delivery costs from express or special delivery options are non-refundable.

5.4. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the Customer provides proof of dispatch — whichever occurs first.


6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

According to Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.
  • Items produced according to the Customer’s specifications (e.g., special upholstery or measurements).
  • Items that, after delivery, have been assembled, used, or damaged by the Customer.
  • Items delivered in sealed packaging that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. Damaged or Defective Goods

7.1. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via info@polenpolakmeble.pl with photos and a description of the issue.

7.2. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible in accordance with our Complaint and Warranty Policy.
